I'm kinda confused by what your problem is. You put him on a draw and/or bluff and you call. You probably are weak-tight if you're worried about getting suckout on and want to fold b/c you could lose. Really the best advice is if you're not willing or don't want to make a call when you are ahead you really shouldn't play poker.
