Blind Structure - 6-Max Shootout Tourney

I'm gonna throw a 6-max shootout tournament for 36 players and would like each phase to last 2~3 hours. Here's my structure.

6 players @ 100 chips
30 minute rounds
Round 1: 1-2
Round 2: 2-4
Round 3: 3-6
Round 4: 5-10
Round 5: 5-10 - 1 ante
Round 6: 8-16 - 2 ante
Round 7: 10-20 - 3 ante
Round 8: 15-30 - 4 ante
Round 9: 20-40 - 5 ante

I'm hoping everyone will bust out by round 5 or 6.
