Royal Vegas Cashout

I really hope that somebody can respond to this fairly quickly. I am having troubles cashing out to neteller on Royal Vegas, does everybody have to send a fax/e-mail of the front back of their driver's license? I am curious if any of you have actually received a cashout from Royal Vegas, I moved $50 bucks from Neteller to them, and they allowed me to cash that out, now I want to move the other money out of their site. Any tips are appreciated, how long after you sent the fax did it take to receive your cashout? Do they require any more documents? I can't think of any more questions but if you think anything is pertinent post it, I would love to hear it.
