Paradise .5/1 and 1/2

I was just looking to get some opinions on Paradise poker. How are the .5/1 games and 1/2 games? What do you think the difference between the 2 is? I just started playing there and they both seem to be pretty friggin loose. I want to move up to 1/2 but I don't want to get killed. What do you guys think of the Paradise games?
