Default How would you play this?

Just finished 63rd of 1448 in the $5+.50 MTT on Stars and playing the $2+0 Super Satellite in the background when I came across this hand that busted me out. Did I do the right thing on all streets? Why? On a side note average chip stack was about 7000.

Blinds 100/200 w/ Ante 25

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (9 handed) converter

UTG+1 (t4015)
MP1 (t1459)
MP2 (t1430)
MP3 (t2401)
CO (t22411)
Button (t6847)
SB (t5200)
Hero (t2214)
UTG (t8062)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to t400, 2 folds, MP3 calls t400, 3 folds, Hero calls t200.

Flop: (t1200) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets t1789 (All-In), UTG+1 calls t1789, MP3 folds.

Turn: (t4778) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t4778) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t4778

Results in white below:
Hero has 9s Jc (straight, jack high).
UTG+1 has Qs Ah (flush, ace high).
Outcome: UTG+1 wins t4778.

All advice and criticism appreciated
