A positive experience with Party Poker\'s customer service.
If you haven't read of my previous experience with Party Poker's merchandise, read this thread.
I received an email from Party Poker's customer service letting me know they have sent me a new package. Judging by the date of the thread, it's been about a month (pretty average I'd say). Anyways, here is what they had to say: "Dear Luke Sorry it's taken so long for me to get back to you but we were facing a delay on receiving the hooded sweatshirt we wanted to send you. I can now inform you that UPS have your order and it is winging its way to you at this very moment. In addition I have included some additional caps you can hand out to friends if you wish and an additional sweatshirt in the womans XL size so you can see the difference between the sizes for future reference. I thought you might want to give this to the whoever you donated the baseball jersey to so you can have a matching set. If you wish to track this delivery you can do so at the UPS website www.UPS.com using the tracking code below. ****************** Needless to say your baseball jersey is in this order as well and I sincerely apologize again about the delay. Best Regards, Stewart Merchandise Team" Again, Party is not full of completely incompetent representatives. Stewart was VERY helpful and sincere. I mean come on, crappy caps for all my friends (I will hang them on the wall in my apartment or something lame...). Kudos to Party Poker. You gave me $100 (after taking ~$300) and a new hoody for me and my girlfriend, a new shirt, and some hats. Tracking number! Who would've thought! |
