Interesting KK hand

Hero (1600) Villian (800) (don't remember the other four names or totals, but I was in the chip lead) Blinds at 25/50 Hero dealt KK Hero raises from first position to 150. Table folds around to Villian in BB who calls. Flop: Q Q J (rainbow) Villian pushes all in quickly after flop. Hero?
