Default Strange hand

Very few hands on villain.
How would you play this hand?
I called the flop to raise a safe turn (no 7 or Q), but then didn't raised it because I picked up a weak draw and being 3-bet sucks. This way, I can safely bet a rivered flush if checked to, since a check-raise is very unlikely.
