Default Eating player = Easy bluff victim?

While looking for every slight edge at the table...

I've noticed that players that are eating at the table are more likely to FOLD more often than normal. The more "violently" they're eating...the tighter they become. I have successfully used this fact to my advantage when in a pot heads-up with an "eater".

Opinions? Comments?

Reference: I play mainly 20-40 limit hold-em.
