Embarrassing sexual incidents

What's the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you during sex? Less than an hour ago I walked around for about 10 minutes post-sex with the condom wrapper stuck to my back. Not that bad, I know, but I'd be interested in hearing some other people's horror stories.
