Default I love bottom 2 pair

10 handed

UTG+1 is 40/7.5/2.4
MP3 is 16.4/4.8/1.7--generally has been solid, I have not seen him out of line, but he has not shown many hands.

I have 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] on the button.

UTG+1 and MP3 limp, SB folds, I check.

The flop is 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] j [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I bet, EP raises, MP cold calls, I 3-bet, EP caps, MP calls, I call.

Turn is K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I check, MP bets, call, call

River is 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I check, bet, call, I overcall.

I put LP on a 10 or a couple of clubs--he would certainly raise the turn if he had a real holding, although the call on the river scared me to death. The bettor could have had anything, but I have seen him aggressively push draws--JT(s?) made sense for him, but he easily could play J9 or J8. The K on the turn more easily hits the bettor, as he could have been playing KT, KJ..., hell, anything. Of course, the flopped straight is a possibility, but I was certain MP didn't have it, and I just couldn't give EP credit for it. Is there a raise on the turn or the river? I thought I could have been beat on the flop, but wanted to see the showdown cheaply, and would have folded if LP had raised at any point.
