Zipper Check...Did I go to far?

I was at work today and saw that "Little" Ben(5'6") one of my new (cute) employees did not have his fly zipped, so I looked around and saw that no one was looking and I quietly said "Ben, Zipper Check" and I glance down so he knew what I was talking about.

He said "Figures you would be the first to notice!"

I said "Excuse me?"

He said "Well you are a queer, aren't you?"

That pissed me off so I leaned over my walker towards him and wispered "Why does that matter to you unless you want to fvck me?" I glared him in the eyes and said "So do you want to fvck me?"

He turned bright red and said "No, Sir." and went back to his desk and never said another word to me all day.

I know I went overboard as his supervisor, but how far did I go overboard?

What would you have done in my place or Ben's.
