absolute poker cashout problem

i have emailed support and the cashier about this, multiple times, and haven't heard from them in two days... so i though i might run this by you guys and see what might be causing this...

i have been depositing money for their deposit bonuses... then i play, clear them, cashout, rinse and repeat....

well i deposited again about 5 days ago and i haven't really played since, my bonus account is in the 400 range now... nothing big at all.

but i have tried to cashout twice now (just 1500$) to neteller and both times the cashout was rejected... though i was never told it was, nor did i recieve any explanation... my account just went from X to X-1500 immediately after the cashout, then back to X a day or so later.

do i need to play more hands?
