FAQ sticky for this forum

Is there a way we could get some kind of FAQ sticky for first time visitors? These FAQs have started to pop up on other forums. I constantly see the same questions regarding books, starting hands, tournaments, where to play ....

I have never noticed any green names here so I'm throwing this out to everyone for discussion.
