Gaming Club Bonus Question

I started playing at Gaming Club last night and got about 250 raked hands at 2/4. My calculations say that should be good for about $50 in bonus. My question is, how do they apply the bonus. BonusWhores states that you get $20/300 points, but I did not receive any bonus last night. Do you have to wait until you clear the entire $300 or do you receive it at the $20 increments.
