More profitable: Sit and Go's or ring games? How big of a sample?

Im wondering what I'm better at SNG's or Ring. I was wondering how big of a sample I'd need. I was thinking of playing 100 $25+2 SNG's over the next couple weeks and then Im wondering how long I should play in a 2-4 room to measure. Thanks
