Question for dealers

Hello -

I am moving to LA in a few weeks, and I'll be in school Mondays and Wednesdays going for the ol' masters. Therefore, this eliminates the possibility of a standard 9 to 5 job...so I was thinking about what I'll do during this time, and I thought that perhaps being a dealer might be a viable option - I think I'd enjoy it.

So I guess what I'm asking for are all the basics on dealing - pre-requisite training, typical hours, wages, the way tips are made, politics of the job, and whether you enjoy it or not. I'm thinking that the job would be a lot different depending on where you deal and at what limit.
