Expanding my gambling library
I'm working to expand (complete?) my gambling library, and I'm looking for recommendations. Below is a list of my currently owned literature:

I've read a lot of the literature recommendations that Malmuth gives in some of his books, but the lists appear possibly outdated. I'm not much of a tournament player (my assessment is that they're pretty much for suckers) but any good strategy books that happen to focus on tourneys yet contain good theory principles (such as Tournament Poker for Advanced Players) would be helpful. Also, after having read Malmuths 3-volume Poker Essays collection, I've become very interested in mastering stud. I'm a fairly aware stud player, but probably break-even to small loser in real stud. (Little stud I'm no worried about. I'm only planning to by the one book right now, and I'm guessing there's more that I need to pick up. Recommendations would be appreciated. |
