No, I don't agree. If the thread is a sticky, then it will always be clogging up the front page, so that doesn't help anything. If it isn't, then people aren't going to search it out to add their beats to it, they are just going to post new threads. Heck, they will probably post new threads even if they do see the 'official' bad beat thread.
