Obvious cheating. What would you have done?

I realize this is from a 3/6 game, but it's not the limit that matters here, it's the fact that cheating should not be tolerated. And it's probably more likely at the higer limits.

It was the second time the cheating PoS had done this, and he hadn't disconnected at all besides the times he wanted to be all-in. I sent an e-mail to party, but is there a better way to get through to them? Also, when in a game with gangwizard, watch out for this behavior.
