Anyone know anything about bingo?

Well I just finished whoring planetluck, and it seems like party is expanding because I got a nice link to www.partybingo.com. The thing is, there's a 200% up to $200 bonus apparently, and I just wondered if any of you guys know if this is +EV at all.
