Some Specific Dealer Questions

I'm moving to Las Vegas in a couple weeks to become a poker dealer. I have gone through school, but have a few questions about things that were not quite clear. If anyone is a dealer or floorperson and would like to respond, that would be great!

What happens if you are dealing out 7th street in a 7 card stud game, and the card exposes? Do you deal around to the rest of the table, and then once everyone has their first card, deal another down card to the player whose card exposed? Similar to what you would do in a hold 'em game where someone's card exposes when you are dealing out the hole cards. Thanks!
