I can't drink milk, eat cheese, or eat anything with dairy in it. It makes me wanna take a big dump, but I just end up blowing a fart most times.
I've noticed that because I can't drink milk and consume any dairy products that my physical structure and frame and shrinking and that my strength has also slightly decreased. What can I use for subsidizing dairy products that will give me the calcium and missing supplements I need? Thanks. Lawrence |
