Default Getting owned on the bubble as 2nd stack

Blinds 100/200
SB: Hero 4800
BB: 8600
UTG: 400
button: 1200

Big stack is running the table opening every pot or pushing every pot and feeding the microstack to his left by completing and folding his sb. Button is trying to fold into the money. Big stack is going to force me to make a decision for all my chips preflop or post flop a very high percentage of the time if I open from the sb. Am I stuck folding and waiting for button to get small enough to go after the other micro stack? What range should I even bother opening from my SB with? What range should I be opening with from the button?
