Default TPTK in a huge pot, how to protect my hand?

only a couple orbits in, so no real reads. neither villan has has 3-bet or capped pre-flop since I sat down.

MP1 has been being LAG-y - seeing 70% of flops, and raising about 10% or so, AF of 2.

CO has been LAG-y as well, but not as loose (seeing 40% of flops), AF of around 1. He's shortstacked.

I really feel like i misplayed this handon every street. Should I have folded pre-flop when it's 2 back to me? Since I didn't, what is my plan from then on? The pot is so big and my position sucks, that I am having a hard time figuring out how to protect my hand. Help.
