Yeah, I know English is too vague, but so are at least half of the rest. Being very thorough would obviously be an unbelievably long list of accents. Hence, my request to excuse the combinations.
If there is enough interest, perhaps I'll do another one with all the suggestions in this thread, perhaps categorized in groups of accents. -ptmusic
