Massive Tilt

When I play a cash game I can usually amass a lot of money of a period of time. Until I get a bad beat. I get very frustrated and make bad calls, raises etc. until all my money is gone. I've tried getting up after a bad beat and leaving the table and it doesn't work because I still come back angry. Is there anything else that I can do? I know this sounds childish and stupid.
