Learning the game of No-Limit Hold 'Em...

So I have been a relatively successful micro limit hold 'em player and am looking to branch out into the small stakes No Limit ring games to whore the Prima Skins more efficiently and also add a little spice to life. I'll probably eventually get more into the tournament structures but for now would just like to learn the No Limit ring game strategy. So I was curious as to what everyone thinks are the best books to begin learning the new skills required for this game.
