QQ played gently

Table is relatively tight. the only loose spot is SB with stats like 40/4. So a raise of ~3BB is enough at this table.
Now BB in this hand is a regular in this game. He has average stats (29/8) and is decent postflop. He hasn´t shown down any garbage as far as I have seen, and I have never seen him bluff. Or at least I have never seen him get caught bluffing...
He is aggressive on the flop but not so much on the turn and river and when he meets resistance I have seen him fold on numerous occasions.
