Does anyone else find party poker skins 10-20 difficult?

10-20 full ring

Its seems like i cannot win

I wonder how i can improve my game?
I often 3 or 4 table at once....play tight...etc

Do anyone feel the same about it? with regards to full ring 10-20s? party skins
