Can't connect to InterCasinoPoker

I'm wondering if someone else here has had the same problem.

I got Intercasino's CD in the mail and installed the poker program, but whenever I run it, it just hangs and eventually comes back with "can't connect to server". Intercasino's help told me to turn off my firewall and virus software. Unfortunately, that wasn't much help since I am currently a very unsafe surfer with neither one.

I also tried downloading the software from the website to make sure I have a current version, and when I run the installation program it also hangs instead of downloading the software.

Apparently my computer must be alergic to Intercasino, but I don't know why. The casino works OK.

Has anyone else had this problem? (And fixed it?)
