While I think a flush is unlikely, betting out is probably the better solution here. If you're 3-bet on a check-raise, you're almost certainly beaten by a higher 10 or a flush. You can learn the same info with bet/calling, saving one bet. This outweighs any bets gained on a check-raise IMO.
