Stealing against Phil Hellmuth in WSOP

WSOP ME second level with 50/100 blinds. All fold to me
and I open raise to 300 on button with K3clubs. Small blind calls and big blind folds. We both have around 10000
in chips.

Small blind is Phil Hellmuth and he had arrived at table
10 minutes earlier in his customary late manner. I have
no read on Phil aside from what I have heard about him. Last time I played against him was 15 years ago in a limit
game at the Commerce Club.

Flop comes 4c 4s 7h. I bet 400 and Phil calls

Turn 4c 4s 7h 8s. Phil checks and I bet 800. He
calls.

River 4c 4s 7h 8s 2h

Phil checks. What is my play?
