Default Bad Beats / 100 Hands

What would people estimate are their bad beats per 100 hands? (Honestly, please). I define a bad beat as one player all in with one as a 60% or greater favorite, and the favorite losing.

I think that I am at .33-.5 / 100 hands playing at .25/.50 stakes. That's my rough guess. So, a pretty substantial bad beat every 200-250 hands. Anyone disagree or have different results?
