Eurobet cashout declined

This is my first cashout from Eurobet so maybe this is normal for them, but it just showed up in NETeller as declined.

I called NETeller they said it didn't say why it was declined and so it was probably from the merchant's side, and they gave me the transaction code. So I tried to call the number listed on Eurobet's site, but got some AT&T crap. So I just e-mailed them instead.

The declined money is not in my NETeller account (obviously), nor is it in my Eurobet account. The withdrawal is still showing up as "Requested" on the Eurobet cashier page.

While I'm waiting I thought I'd check with people who have cashed out from Eurobet before.
