Anybody experience with handgrabber on pacific poker? Trouble Shooting

Hello there,

Since it is not possible to run pockertracker "normally" on Pacific Poker, I downloaded "Handgrabber" which should allow pockertracker to work there.

Unfortunally "Handgrabber" doesn't work with my computer. All I get is a "Probing for Setup Data..." message, that doesn't change ;-(

If there is anybody around, that is using/has used "Handgrabber" and has any suspicions what the reason for the problem could be, I would be really gratefull.
