Fix my sleeping cycle
I've been up since Thursday 5pm (yesterday afternoon). It is now Friday 8am, so I've been up 13 hours. My eyes feel really drowsy and mentally I don't feel so sharp, but my body still has a lot of pep.
In any case, I'm not too good at fixing my schedule, so I need you guys to keep me accountable and offer some suggestions. I need to be awake at 8:30am on Monday. Thanks |
