Default Players who play AA too aggressivley

I play NLHE .50/1 on Poker Stars, and I've noticed alot of players will be hyper aggressive with AA. Ive seen 6x+BB raises in unopened pots and HUGE re-raises. Then larger than pot bets on flop turn and river with scarecards!

My question is, what % does a hand like 23o have of flopping two pair?
Also,
Would it be profitable to call a 5x BB raise with any two cards if you are 100% sure your opponent has AA, and will get all his chips in the pot on the turn? (assuming you flopped two pair)
