Default Ultra Lag Showing Hands

This guy ended up with a 83.56 VPIP with a 56.85 PFR through 146 hands that I played with him. I'm not a big fan of multi-hand posts...but I need to lay down the theme here.

This guy was check-raising, reraising and stealing pots right and left the whole time and then showing complete trash...most of the time with no draw, no pair. He got trapped twice by somebody with AK and somebody with AA, but he was winning money. How could this guy be winning? How do I play against this guy?
