Default PP25NL: Dumb push?

Decent semi-bluff? Or dumb aggression?

Very light reads:
UTG+2 was 22/2/1.0 over 54 hands.
MP2 was 75/13/2.0 over just 8 hands.

Agreed the minbet is garbage, it's a bad habit I'm trying to break.
I called the first small raise just intending to draw.
