Can we (should we) get a FAQ?

As someone who is new (as in not even placed a bet yet) to sports betting, I think that a FAQ/sticky at the top of this page would be useful. I've been trying to research these answers on my own, but if others come along it might be good to have info at the top of the page for newbies like myself.

Questions that could be answered:

Where can I bet on sports online?
How do sportsbook bonuses work, and what is a typical wagering requirement?
How do I read a betting line?
How do parlays and teasers work, and should I play/avoid them?
What is a dime line? A money line? A run line? A spread?
Where can I get the best info on handicapping, and do I need to pay for it, or can I get by on free news sources?

I'm sure forum veterans have seen other general questions pop up again and again and can offer more to the FAQ.
