He plays 60-70% of his hands, giving me the opportunity to face the field with 2 preflop.

He never lets anything check through on the flop, again giving me the opportunity to face the field with 2.

And, here's the best part, he folds to my flop raise about 40% of the time, and another 40% of the time he'll check/fold to a follow-up bet on the turn.
