Easy call? Hard call? Lay it down?
Pokerroom. $100 buy-in no-limit. $1 big blind.
Dealt 99 UTG. I limp. Plenty of followers. (I know I could have raised. I didn't. It would have solved some problems, but cost me money in the long run ... I think). Flop is J J 10. Checked to see what the action was behind me. Checked around. Turn is the 9 giving me a boat, albeit not the strongest boat in the history of hold em. I make a pot-sized bet and someone goes all-in. I threw my money in, content to think, if I'm beat, I'm beat. Knowing the range of hands I'd play for $1, the opponent could easily have 10/9 or J/10. Anyone lay this down? |
