Rakeback dilemma...Need advice

Hi. I am not looking for rakeback offers. Getting to the point, I bought a new lap top and decided it was a good time to open an account on one of the Party Skins in order to receive rakeback. I have two options that appear to be the same deal, but I'm not sure.

Option 1: A friend of mine will be my affiliate and I will receive 100% rakeback. However, since I will be the only person that has signed up with him, he will receive the minimum rakeback (20%).

Option 2: Sign up with a larger affiliate and receive 20% of my actual rakeback. According to the deal, I wil receive 20% rakeback, which is actually 66% of what he will receive. Since he is a much larger affiliate, he will get rakeback of 30%.

In theory, they sound like the same deal to me, but the affiliate in option 2 tells me I will receive more through him.

I appreciate any thoughts or comments.
