Default Draw with blinds

How does opening strategy differ in 5 card draw when blinds are used instead of antes? Any general observations would be appreciated. A specific question is, if you're the first one in, should you always raise? (this seems to me to be a no-brainer, but I could be wrong) Also, what's a good enough hand to come in with? (Aces UTG? Kings UTG+1?)

Thanks for any comments.
