Default $30/60: Easy flop decision?

$30/60 full table at UltimateBet.

It's folded to the button, who raises, the small blind calls, and I call in the big blind with K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

The flop comes: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. I check, the button bets and the smallblind checkraises.

Is there a clear best choice between leading out or checking this flop, and once I check, what's the best option between folding, 3-betting and the action I took of cold-calling?
