Default Slow down or Jam every street?

Drawless board (on the river), I must be up against a crazy 2 pair or set. Do you guys see any time to slow down or is this a jam all the way?

EDIT A small tell, Villian showed no hesitation when hitting the raise button postflop

Thanks
