Any Royal Bank customers using Netellers EFT?

This morning I got my micro deposit and verified it with Neteller, but when I went to make a transfer from bank to neteller, an 8.9% processing fee appeared. So I cancelled it. I know the middle man has to make some money, but this seems excessive. Eurobet doesn't have EFT and won't accept my visa or mastercard (no, i'm not borrowing to gamble, it's just easier to pay for things with credit cards). I just want to gamble with my hard earned money, but it's getting so damn hard.
