Below is the response letter I got from AP about a total loss of connection I had this morning. My first letter is below. I made it appear that I may leave the site if they didnt do this, but I most likely would not. Plus I NEVER expected them to refund me.

During the course of the first hand I lost my internet connection, I have broadband, and was not able to play a single hand. I know its the players responsibilty to make sure they have a good connection, but I had no recourse. I am hoping you understand this, and would refund me the 30$ for this event. I enjoy your site very much, and would like to keep playing there. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks Mike (Iplayragstoo) |
