How many tourneys does it take to achieve 95% confidence interval...

I'm sure this might have been already answered, but I couldn't find the posts. How many tourneys does it take to be 95% certain that you can beat the limit at a certain ROI? How about 90% certain? Could someone give me an answer or link?
